Forming, Shoring and Scaffolding services – Waco, through its divisions of Form-Scaff and SGB-Cape (South Africa) and Waco Kwikform (Australia), manufactures a wide range of sophisticated steel, timber and fibreglass formwork systems for vertical and horizontal "in-situ" concrete placement, as well as high-quality system scaffolding and accessories, to facilitate large and medium-scale construction and engineering projects.
Formwork Systems - Waco's formwork systems are primarily used in the "in-situ" casting of concrete columns, walls and floor slabs in the construction of high-rise residential, commercial and industrial buildings as well as governmental infrastructure construction projects (such as bridges, dams and tunnels).
Scaffolding and Shoring Systems
Scaffolding is a frame work system usually used to facilitate temporary access. It entails the provision of safe, elevated access platforms for workers to carry out a range of tasks in the construction and maintenance of buildings, civil engineering structures, industrial facilities, ships, oil rigs and other structures. It is also used as a standalone system, such as temporary spectator seating or platforms for public entertainment events.
Re-Locatable & Modular Buildings (R&MB)
Modular buildings consist of modules or sections which are linked together on site to form a larger area capable of meeting a client's temporary or permanent space needs.
Sanitation
Waco, through its division of Sanitech, offers premier mobile sanitation, hygiene solutions and portable chemical toilets in southern Africa. |
